A journey to build a dream.

Every person carries a dream. Some chase it with determination, while others let it go. For my

husband and me, the dream of building our independence, creating a plan of our own, and

launching a career we could call ours has been a driving force for over five years.

Our journey began with the vision of starting our own company. We took our first steps by

completing the paperwork required by the Ministry of Industry in Lebanon. Soon after, we

decided to focus on producing healthy chips — a product we believed in and felt passionate

about.

We began investing in machinery and laying the foundation for our company. But the road was

far from easy. Among the greatest challenges we faced was the outbreak of war in Lebanon in

2024. It forced us to put everything on hold until the situation stabilized. Even after resuming,

technical issues with equipment and other obstacles continued to delay our progress.

Despite everything, we never gave up. We remained committed to our dream of building a

family business — one that could grow and thrive over time. To prepare ourselves, we sought to

learn and improve constantly. We attended trainings in accounting, social media marketing, and,

most recently, food safety and quality management with Ramak. These experiences have

opened my eyes to so many crucial aspects of our industry that I had never considered before.

My message is this:

Whenever you face an obstacle, don’t lose hope.

Keep investing in yourself.

Keep believing in your dream and your power to shape your future.
